The core system files were confusingly listed as a BIOS before, and the core options had no reflection to the current list. A few other cleanups, as well.

The core system files were confusingly listed as a BIOS before, and the core options had no reflection to the current list. A few other cleanups, as well.
The core options still need some work to include the opt entry names and the default/possible choices, but it's still an improvement, IMO, over them being completely wrong.
