tauri-action with --target outputs bundles to target/<triple>/release/bundle/, not src-tauri/target/. This caused artifact collection to find nothing.

CI: Windows-x64 and coverage failures are pre-existing infra issues (MSI versioning constraint pre-release identifier must be numeric-only and a GitHub API network error) — unrelated to this change.
The one-line fix (src-tauri/target/ → target/) is identical to PR #65 which was already approved and merged. This branch correctly verifies the same fix applies cleanly on develop. LGTM ✅
