Code Review

This pull request adds a new entry for 'Procedure' to the partners list in the documentation. The review feedback suggests improving consistency by using 'Cloud Native' without a hyphen, updating the page headers to better categorize service providers, and removing unnecessary trailing spaces within the Markdown table for better maintainability.

There are a few points to address for this new entry:

  1. Consistency: Use "Cloud Native" (no hyphen) instead of "Cloud-Native" to match the terminology used elsewhere on the page (e.g., lines 6 and 11).
  2. Categorization: The page header (line 6) and title (line 13 of index.js) specify "Distributions, Hosted Platforms and Installers". Since Procedure is a consultancy/service provider, consider updating those headers in a separate commit to include "Service Providers" or "Consultancies" to accurately reflect the updated content.
  3. Formatting: The excessive trailing spaces in the description and website columns are unnecessary for Markdown rendering and make the file harder to maintain. I've cleaned them up in the suggestion below.

by chance, do you have any adopter or use case that actually deploys kubeedge in public?
