Repository containing the scripts for the experiments described in the BCalm manuscript.
scripts/bcalm_simulations.r contains the code for running BCalm/mpralm (mpralm = BCalm with aggregate = TRUE) on the simulated data.
scripts/bcalm_simulations_add_outliers.r contains the code for running BCalm/mpralm (mpralm = BCalm with aggregate = TRUE) on the simulated data with artificial outliers.
scripts/mpranalyze_simulations.r contains the code for running MPRAnalyze on the simulated data.
scripts/mpranalyze_outliers.r contains the code for running MPRAnalyze on the simulated data with artificial outliers.
