Wake on LAN command

The command gives the ability to wake up a computer on a local network.

PC Name dropdown box in settings above is auto-populated with pc names from a local network.

Mac Address is auto-populated upon selection of PC Name from dropdown.

You can also specify PC Name and Mac Address manually.
