Added features:

• Supports D-Pad in menus (also supports pointer).
• Better focus visibility for the player buttons (Back, OU-SBS, Switch)

Known issues:

• Does not add a shortcut to home screen for some reason, despite added LEANBACK_LAUNCHER (worked in emulator).
• Does not support left/right buttons in player, just opens UI. Back button only closes half of UI (autohide still works).
