Update Sphinx configuration and documentation references for consistency

This pull request updates the documentation to make use of the repo_name variable instead of hardcoding the project name. This makes the documentation more flexible and automatically adapts to the repository name.

Documentation improvements:

• Updated the rst_prolog in conf.py to include the repo_name variable, which is dynamically set using get_name_from_pyproject().
• Modified the server startup instruction in smg.rst to use the |repo_name| substitution instead of the hardcoded project name.
