*Call onRender slightly later in the render process after we are done writing to the terminal instead of before we have started writing to the terminal

• Pass the frame rendered to the onRender callback as this helper for tests that need to be able to detect when xterm.js headless or similar is rendering the expected content for a frame.
• Update ink version.
