ITSM-NG plugin for adding custom external links to the navigation menu.

Features

• Add external links to ITSM-NG main menu
• Organize links by category (Assets, Helpdesk, Management, Plugins, Tools, Administration)

• Reorder links via position

Installation

1. Install the plugin in ITSM-NG plugins directory
2. Activate the plugin
3. Configure links in Setup > Plugins > External Links

Usage

Navigate to Setup > Plugins > External Links to add new external links. Each link has:

• Name: Display label
• URL: Target URL (starts with https://)
• Category: Menu section
• Icon: Font Awesome icon class
• Active: Enable/disable the link
• Position: Order within category
