Fixes spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, and broken formatting across 16 documentation files.

Changes by category

Grammar fixes:

• "later two" → "latter two" in signing-transactions.mdx
• "a L1" → "an L1" in whitelist-rollup-for-vip.mdx
• "used in by" → "used by" in initia-registry.mdx
• "If node has oracle module" → "If a node has the oracle module" in querying-data.mdx
• "setup" (noun used as verb) → "set up" in weave-cli/introduction.mdx
• "the that actor" → "the actor" in wasmvm/ibc-hooks.mdx

Spelling/naming fixes:

• viewfunction() → viewFunction() to match actual API method name
• "fund" → "funds" to match actual field name in wasmvm/ibc-hooks.mdx
• http:// → https:// for GitHub URL in registry/introduction.mdx

Formatting fixes:

• Fixed broken markdown tables in deployed-contracts/initia.mdx and minievm.mdx (headers, separators, and rows were collapsed onto single lines)
• Fixed broken code fence in evm/ibc-hooks.mdx (4-backtick fence nesting a bash block)
• Fixed mismatched code fences (4 backticks vs 3) in node-configuration.mdx
• Fixed truncated bullet point in router-api/introduction.mdx ("Balance Queries" line missing "chains")

Punctuation fixes:

• Added missing periods in running-nodes/introduction.mdx and l1-nodes-initiad.mdx

Numbering fixes:

• Corrected subsection numbers 7.1/7.2 → 8.1/8.2 in hackathon/get-started.mdx (under Step 8)
