Moved all higgstautau/*/branches.py into higgstautau and adjusted the lines in all respective *skim.py

Adding higgstautau/leplep folder as a copy of hadhad but with additional branches.py and all new lepton filters in filters.py
llskim.py now exists as a copy of the hhskim.py student with the modified event filters and the variables all commented out. skims.cfg is currently set to my own test setup with llskim as the student.
