ASI Injector based.
May even work with older and non steam versions?
Prebundles config settings of swinechdb_hdbfave.ini by default, with partial unlimiter demo mod (tanks.txt)

Extra 1:

If you're choosing DHDE you should also download dhde-missingiconsfix.7z
which is for Unit swap / unlimiter unit icons fix

Extra 2:

demo-unlimiter-base.7z is a example unlimiter demo mod. You will need missing icons fix (download here)
tanks.txt to where releasepigz.exe is located OR scripts folder if using ASI Injector base
make sure swinechdb.ini tanklist mod value =1
other files gamedata/base folder

Extra 3:

swinechdb.ini - DEFAULT VALUES
swinechdb_hdbfave.ini - HDBEEFUP FAVORITE (copy contents of file or rename to swinechdb.ini )
NOTE: You'll have issues because hdbfave enables tanks.txt unit unlimiter by default, you probably might want to edit and disable TankListMod
