  • Don't write all the data in a single loop, use setImmediate so other things can happen. :)

LGTM, simple testing and review done locally. Pushing this branch to origin/s-x-compat-hid to test with Bob Wallet

This PR is for merging nodech:s-x-compat-hid into handshake-org:s-x-compat but commits from the former branch are already on handshake-org:master.

A lot has changed now, so what might make sense now is closing this PR and creating a new one to merge in the 3 test commits from handshake-org:s-x-compat into master
