Added expiration options

Based on this open issue: #17 There is no expiration options, I confirmed this by doing a quick search on the source and nothing.

This PR is to allow an extra argument which is options, and options allow an object which has two keys:

expires: 0, // Default = 0, expires is in minutes or a datetime (ex: 1599746306737)
isExpiresDate: false // Default = false, if `expires` is a datetime, set this option to true.
}

If expires is set to the default 0, expires won't be set and the previous expiration dates will be respected for cookie-store.
