Send co2, humidity, and temp data to adafruit io using an scd-41 co2 sensor

Configure the settings.toml file

Requires adafruit io account

requires 3 feeds setup in adafruit io

set the values in the settings.toml file

default time interval is 5 minutes (300 seconds)

tested on circuitpython 8.2.8
