Add detection of VS Code theme, and new css color pallete for dark modes.

Added support for binary table HDUs and the like. Gave them a few options for simple plotting/visualization (scatter plot vs line plot, x & y scale, and columns). Also displays raw data in table format.

Added dark mode support, and vmin/vmax options. Made section sizes adjustable via draggable border. Added loading spinner and translucent layer to image during image generation. Fixed a minor bug so settings (e.g. defaultColormap) can now be seen by VS Code.
