As removed in 452a6080 , with new updates to Craft providing auto-bumping for specific configs (upm, github, registry) and unity updating Craft to minversion
2.21.4, we were falling in-between not setting our custompreReleaseCommand, and also not reaching therunCustomPreReleaseCommandcall anymore.We re-add the preReleaseCommand here, pointing to the bump-version.ps1 script.
