Hi man! I was looking for the exact moment when Apple started using SCAP files and I found that it was on mid 2010 (for example, with the 1.9 firmware update for MacBook Pro). During the process I downloaded some older missing SCAP files from your repository, I hope it helps (if you trust them hehe)!
