Leading architecture and implementation of Account Opening features for business and consumer accounts on the Grow Team. Driving technical decisions and mentoring engineers while building scalable onboarding solutions for financial institutions.

Warner Bros. Discovery / CNN (2023 – 2025)

• Design Systems Team Lead — Architected CNN's design systems initiative; drove collaboration between engineering and design to produce performant, scalable component libraries with strong cross-team adoption.
• Site Performance Platform Lead — Led development of a comprehensive performance assessment platform integrating Lighthouse, Datadog RUM, and Google PageSpeed Insights. Delivered metrics covering performance, SEO, accessibility, and visual consistency at CNN scale.

Amazon (2017 – 2022)

• Amazon Explore — Built core streaming infrastructure and host-side experience features. As single-threaded owner of the Defect Reduction program, reduced Catastrophic Defect Rate from 40% to 1.3% through systematic root-cause analysis.
• Alexa Shopping — Led Prime Day Readiness across 15 global teams (Seattle, NYC, Dublin, Israel, India). Coordinated infrastructure verification, scaling reviews, and SOP/Runbook validation under deadline pressure.
• Payments — Integrated EBT (2017) and HSA/FSA (2018) payment methods, enabling multi-tender and tax-free purchase flows for millions of customers.

fifthbell — Founder & Executive Producer (2025 – Present)
Built and operate a full-stack media platform for live broadcast, content publishing, and newsroom monitoring. In February 2026, served as Executive Producer for Sanremo Festival coverage — when a critical broadcast dependency failed mid-operation, rebuilt the entire production model on-site within three days while the event was ongoing.
