Mushaf

The /mushaf commands allow you to explore the mushaf.

For the commands below, the mushaf will highlight where tajweed rules apply if the <highlight tajweed> parameter is True.

Viewing a verse on the mushaf

To view a verse on the mushaf:

/mushaf by_ayah <surah name or number> <optional verse number> <highlight tajweed>

If no verse is specified, the page containing the first verse of the surah will be displayed.

To view a specific page on the mushaf:

/mushaf by_page <page number> <highlight tajweed>

The bot will send the corresponding page in the standard Medinan mushaf, which consists of 604 pages.

Use /rmushaf <highlight tajweed> to view a random page on the mushaf.
