IMPORTANT: This is a prototype extension and is not supported.
This extension allows you to explore the Semarchy Data Platform DM instance you are connected to.
It adds a Data Locations tree view to the Semarchy view container in the Activity Bar, which displays the data locations of the Semarchy Data Platform DM instance you are connected to. You can view the loads, continuous loads, data notifications, job notifications and purge schedules for each data location.
In this view, you can:
- View the data locations in the Semarchy Data Platform DM instance you are connected to.
- Move to maintenance mode or back to normal mode a data location.
- View the loads with pagination (The Instance Explorer Loads Page Size settings configures the page size) and filtering.
- View continuous loads, data notifications, job notification and purge schedules.
The extension is designed to work with a Semarchy Data Platform Instance and aside the Semarchy DXP extension. it uses the Semarchy REST API to retrieve data and perform actions.
IMPORTANT: You must configure the Instance URL and API Key in the Semarchy extension settings.
NOTES
- Extension messages and errors are displayed in a dedicated output channel. You can open the output channel by clicking on the Output tab in the bottom panel of VS Code and selecting Semarchy Instance Explorer from the dropdown menu.
