In Settings, change the decimal value for General Units > Weather > Wind to 0 (current default is 1)
Re run this worksheet and navigate to settings. Notice value range for midflame wind speed is 0.1
Navigate to Results and notice the values in the result table is now <1. This formatting should work for any number of multi valued inputs.
