Adds reverse-over-forward AD to Firedrake. See dolfin-adjoint/pyadjoint#162.
Limitations:
solve_tlmmethods largely follow the implementation of the correspondingevaluate_tlm_componentmethods, meaning that they largely share any limitations. For example no Jacobian caching is applied.solve_tlmmethods have not been added forMeshInputBlockandMeshOutputBlock, due to problems composingaction/adjointwith derivatives of derivatives with respect to aSpatialCoordinate.
