Minor version update

This is a minor version update containing:

• significant code cleanup and formatting - using clang-format to get it closer to pd's source code
• pd files were cleaned up (no array saving), example files were placed in the examples directory, help files were added
• fd_list-last and fd_array-rerange were added
• particle and norm were added as new objects
• lorenz was revamped to use same core functions across object family
• multiple objects now can be normalized (internally using norm) when they produce unknown but nevertheless bounded ranges
• ci was updated
