Add full CLI support for AIBench perfetto
--profile can take two forms of arguments:
1 Simple:
--profile [<type>] ...
For example:
__Simpleperf__:
```
--profile
--profile cpu
```
__Perfetto__:
```
--profile memory battery gpu
```
2 Full support:
--profile <json format>
For example:
```
--profile { "enabled": true" }
--profile { "enabled": true, "profiler": "perfetto", "types": ["memory", "battery"], "options": { "buffer_size_kb": "262144" } }
```
