Fetching Burulaş API

Using and applying Burulas API in flutter. v1.3

Installing (For Development)

First run flutter create fetchingburulasapi and paste files in fetchingburulasapi Don't forget to add <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/> to android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml
