Regresses a few changes from emersion#266, which centered the text vertically when the icon-location was set to top or bottom, whic is redundant to text-alignment. Closes emersion#620.

Removes the problematic lines as described in #620, labeled as quick fix because it makes the old behavior imposible to get.
It is my impression that the whole function needs refactoring but that's out of my authority to decide.
