What does this PR do?
Updates the Configurations view to have a search and hides the values of sensitive env. variables.
Fixes a small bug where the Artifacts view was being focused automatically instead of Configurations due to a wrong configuration.
Fixes a bug where monaco sets the correct font but the indentation lines were not synced to the font size.
Changes the "Clone" label on the "Create branch" dialog to "Create".
Updates BlimpKit to 1.8.11.
