Neutron dose engine for fast neutron therapy and Boron neutron capture therapy.
Dose calculation using PBK and Monte Carlo (MCNP 6.2).

PBK dose calculation engine was updated for neutron PBK calculation.

Todos: - KERMA correction only implemented for bixel based dose calculation and intentional error for multiple CT scenarios - PBK based dose calculation only implemented for neutron PBK -> todo: mixed field

Fix of dose engine selection for PBK and MCNP calculations.

Updated MCNP dose calculation. ToDo: Include circular source in case a BNCT machine was selected.

…RobOpt

Added steering options for neutrons as copy from photon options. ToDo: Clean up and decide what is needed.

Neutrons added to bio model.

Update in bixel positioning in matRad_makeSourceMCNP

Updated matRad_bixelDoseCalculatorMCNP

Update of matRad_genVarCT2tissueConversion to newer XS.

Some data was excluded like patient CT from MEDAPP. Clean up and additional machines added.

matRad_cleanRepFromRUNTPE added to clean up runfile_temp.

Update matRad_makeSourceMCNP.m with correction so isocenter calculation.

Thanks for this PR.
I just took a look at the commit history. It seems like that in February, we merged the latest developments from the dev branch into your branch. Thus please reopen the PR onto the dev branch - at the moment, a lot of "changed files" (>700) light up just containing updates from dev to doseEnginesRobOpt. If the PR goes to the dev branch, this should be reduced to your changes for the neutron integration.
I can then also easily take care of the minor modifications in case of some udpates on dev are incompatible.

Perfect, looks much cleaner now, since only new files light up in the "files changed". I hope we soon find the time to review.

Some initial things I observe:

Th .DS_Store files should not be part of the repository
Some figures are in the repository (e.g. for the kerma factors) these should not be there as well.
Maybe we find a somewhat cleaner way to store some data from within the text files
