ATS Task #505

Create an INTRO.md for the ats-project-runner repo that explains the what and why. Make it poignant — write it like a human who cares about developer experience, not like a template. Explain why this exists (autonomous code iteration on real repos), what problem it solves (the gap between 'AI can write code' and 'AI can ship code'), and how it works at a high level. Keep it concise but make every sentence earn its place. Read the existing README.md and index.js to understand the project deeply before writing.

Mode: iterative | Iterations: 4 | Run: 1
Generated by ATS Project Runner v3.0.0

- First/middle/final iterations get distinct prompt guidance
- Watch mode now reads mode+iterations from task payload
- Enables payload-driven overrides (e.g. {"mode":"iterative","iterations":4})
