Consolidate upstream-dedup-check and fork-sync into fork-first-pipeline as a single master fork-workflow skill. Rename all with diberry-squad- prefix. Move from .squad/skills/ to .copilot/skills/ (Copilot-level). The original .squad/skills/ files were gitignored (never tracked), so this commit adds the new consolidated files only. Consolidates 5 fork-workflow skills into 3, renames with diberry-squad- prefix, and moves to .copilot/skills/ (Copilot-level skills).

.squad/skills/files were excluded from git tracking via.git/info/exclude, so this PR only contains the 3 new files. The originals have been deleted from the local filesystem.Result: 3 skills instead of 5, in the right location for fork-specific Copilot skills.
