Removed line that states Deno supports ECMAScript exclusively as that isn't true and conflict with other parts of the docs (https://docs.deno.com/runtime/fundamentals/node/#commonjs-support). Additionally rewrote the first sentence to change 'you'll need to update' to 'you should consider updating'.
