Before saying goodbye, we need to have the last dinner.
I'm unfamiliar with neither
ClusterHelpernorCatalogtraits. This PR is a quick fix to remove the blocks of movingPlannerout ofdatabend-query/src/service.Please refactor in the future. Sorry for adding burdens for @dantengsky @sundy-li.
