Add 3 new DCSS server entries for roguelikes.gg:
- rgg (dcss.roguelikes.gg) — US-East Virginia
- rca (dcss-ca.roguelikes.gg) — Canada
- rsa (dcss-sa.roguelikes.gg) — South America
All servers host versions 0.30–0.34 and trunk (git).
Logfiles at /meta/{version}/logfile, milestones at
/meta/{version}/milestones. Morgue and ttyrec directories available.
