Increase timeout for
wait_for_runtime_status.When testing on aarch64, ppc64le & x86_64 I'm getting lots of timeouts like this:

I have to resolve them by restarting the failed jobs and do a set intersection of all failed tests to decide whether the testsuite passed, but this is suboptimal. So let's increase the timeout.
