features

• shows the sublayers of available layers
• adds options to show/hide sublayers
• increases width of sidebar to fully show text of buttons
• when layer is unchecked, it will be collapsed
• when a layer is checked it will automatically be expanded

todo

• proper styling of window e.g. automatic height
• Fix CI, also from submodules
• does not work this url yet: https://gis.epa.ie/arcgis/rest/services (maybe because it is top level). Other urls like https://gis.epa.ie/arcgis/rest/services/AirQuality do work.
• Fix Check All / UnCheck All
• Fix error handling when node is expanded and request fails
