This looks good, a couple more thoughts:
-Communicate to the dept via CBE slack
-Ensure that the publication is added to your personal pages (ex. linkedin, google scholar, orcid, etc.)
-Beyond posting on social media, what steps can we take to make sure that the people/groups that could be interested or benefit the most from our work actually see it?

Once Rosy's changes are implemented I will approve.
