Basic configurator for creating custom Tendermint network configs.

Currently bundled with MacOSX Darwin tendermint binaries.

1. Edit net.json to suit your tendermint port and node requirements
2. Go run main.go
3. basenet/* contains generated config files for each of the tendermint testnet nodes
