Space Explorers

iOS app for children to explore the solar system — swipe through planets, moons, and spacecraft with real NASA photos and spoken fun facts.

Designed For

Children ages 4 and up. No reading required — audio is the primary interaction. Large images, simple swipe navigation, and a child-friendly layout throughout.

Images

All images are NASA public domain photography, originally sourced for the Space Wiki project and expanded for use in this app.

Audio

Uses Apple's on-device AVSpeechSynthesizer. For best audio quality, download an enhanced voice under Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices.
