- 👋 Hi, this is Costas Bouyioukos (@cbouyio) assistant professor of bioinformatics at the Université Paris Cité (formerly Université de Paris or Université Paris Diderot - Paris VII)
- 👀 I work in multiple subjects of bioinformatics, computational and systems biology. My main focus is developing methodological approaches for deciphering complex layers of biological regulation using computational tools for multi-omics data analysis and integration, as well as machine/deep learning
- 👀 I manage the @parispeigenetics organisation (https://github.com/parisepigenetics) for research projects in the department of epigenetics and the @UParisCit-bioinfo (https://github.com/ParisDiderot-Bioinfo) organisation for my teaching
- 🌱 I am actively developing, ML/DL models for multi-omics, single-cell, GRN reconstruction and structure-function interplay in genomics and structural biology.
- 💞️ I am looking to collaborate on, computational methods for high-throughput metagenomics, multi-omics single-cell analyses and 3D biomolecular structures geometric representations and visualisation
- 💞️ I am always particularly interested in modelling, simulating and analysing the structure and dynamics of complex biological networks.
