Overall do not understand what is Queue-ish inside Queue manager. Looks more like Collection Manager, than Queue Manager, or i just do not understand smth |

Added some functionality to Queue (basically moved everything that is neccessary from contact manager, but might be useful elsewhere)
Minor changes in Contact manager to use queue, and not work directly with mongo collection
