This upgrades Node.js to v22.x, which is currently the latest supported Lambda runtime. This also adds a `.nvmrc` file which specifies Node v22.13.1. Then `npm install` upgraded the version of the lockfile.
This upgrades to the latest version of Slack Web API SDK. The only incompatible changes relate to Typescript, which we don't use in this project.
Migrates from the legacy aws-sdk to the modular AWS SDK v3
All tests are still passing.
The result of running `npm update`
Refactors configuration, message-extractor, slack, and sploxy modules to use async/await syntax, removing explicit Promise chaining and callback handling. This improves code readability and aligns with modern JavaScript practices.

I also took the opportunity to migrate to the async syntax to improve readability.
