Add support for UTF-8 BOX characters as a new input format, separate from ASCII-only.
Allow users to append CSS files to the command line, for inclusion in the output SVG.
Parse both drawing and CSS files for user-specified markers, indicating styles
to be applied at granularity of individual words of text (i.e. natural language)
in the drawing.
