Effortless ROSE

Why is the rose a universal metaphor for love and intimacy, and not any other flower? The answer lies in its thorns.

When you give someone a rose, you are telling them that amidst all the thorns, they are the one rose you’ve been searching for. The act of giving a rose is more than just a romantic gesture—it symbolizes the effort and struggle required to find that special person in life. Before reaching the rose, one must first navigate through the thorns.

Yet, today’s generation is so fixated on finding the rose that they have forgotten the significance of the thorns. They want the beauty without the struggle, the reward without the journey. They give roses without thorns—both literally and metaphorically—overlooking the effort that true love demands.

Real love isn’t just about finding the rose; it’s about embracing the thorns along the way.
