touchpy and compiz tuio/smh plugin

touchpy is in pre-alpha release, if you wan't you can anyway try it.
Its actually easy to use, just fire your TUIO providing app (TUIO simulator/touchlib/reactivision)
and after that use mouse.py or dragwindows.py.
