Walks the parser event stream into a flat list of styled lines so the plan-review widget can render headings, bold/italic, inline code, fenced code blocks, lists, block quotes, and horizontal rules using the active terminal theme. Code fences leave a clear extension point for custom languages like mermaid. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Walks the pulldown-cmark event stream into a flat list of styled lines and teaches the plan-review widget to draw headings, bold/italic, inline code, fenced code blocks, lists, block quotes, and horizontal rules using the active terminal theme. Code fences match on language so a future mermaid renderer (or any other custom block) can plug in cleanly.
