What does this PR do?
As a new key command name,
variant_list, to allow the variant selection dialogue to be opened using a keystroke. The key command is bound to"none"by default, leaving it to the user to assign a key for it in their own configuration if they so choose.Includes documentation for the Keybinds page with i18n.
