Add documentation for 5 new MCP tools from arcjet/arcjet#7544, arcjet/arcjet#7546, and arcjet/arcjet#7550: investigate-ip, get-dry-run-impact, get-security-briefing, analyze-traffic, and get-anomalies. Also adds explain-decision to the tools table. Updates mcp-server.mdx, llms.txt, and agent-get-started.mdx with new tools, workflows, and agent prompts.
