Pre-requisities:

For building: python markdown, xsltproc

For viewing: vert.x (for the web server)

To build user manual:

./gen_site.sh

To run local web server for development: ./runserver.sh

Point browser at http://localhost:8181

Each new release create new version dir and search and replace old dir for new dir in all files
